Whatever you may need to achieve for the week ahead – it could be work-related tasks, personal change or helping someone else – when you share it with others it can feel more real, more achievable and you can take some weight off by sharing how challenging it feels. Others in the group can share advice and tips to help but ultimately is about holding yourself accountable. Damian has been setting challenging goals for himself his whole life. From traveling on his own around Europe at the age of 15 to successfully changing careers 5 times. He now works as a Workplace Consultant helping organizations set and achieve their goals using behavioral change management.
