All levels - Matt or soft floor - A room with very little distractions - non-restrictive clothing - Camera & mic optional Awaken your body and set up your day with mobility-enhancing stretching. Mostly gentle, passive moves that help prevent joint and ligament tightening for a day for sitting. Damian suffered for many years with lower back pain from sitting at his desk all day. After spending thousands on expensive treatments, he found a 'back care yoga' class and never looked back. Damian has compiled some of his favourite stretches from attending 10 years restorative Iyengar Yoga classes which focus on hip flexors, hamstrings and shoulders.
