Beginners & intermediate - Camera on / mic off, Mat or firm cushion - Comfortable clothing - Quiet, calm surroundings - Be punctual - Avoid heavy meals before the session Deep Yin stretches allowing the body to open up and letting the mind become calm. Followed by pranayama for some grounding and finishing off with a Savasana and guided meditation for complete relaxation. - E-RYT (experienced, registered yoga teacher) - YACEP (Yoga Alliance continued education provider) - Completed first 200 Hr Ytt in Bali / 2016 - Followed by another two 200 Hr Ytt’s - Certified in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Kundalini, Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga. - Chief organizer and teaching team of Pakistan’s very first 200 Hr YTT in Skardu. - Certified Reiki healer/ Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2017. - Teaching team for 200 Hr YTT in Bali. - Owns & manages her own private Yoga studio in Lahore since 2016 - Certified meditation facilitator. - Currently training for 300 hrs with Aligned Yoga.
