Quiet space - Comfortable seat - Camera & mic on. Gentle, guided meditation to clear the mind and be in the present moment. Shared alternately between Elinor and Shani. Elinor is mindfulness practitioner with experience of working in high pressure environments. Her sessions combine movement and stillness, supporting people to ground, make space and thrive. She aims to create a calm environment to develop awareness, clarity, and choice. Listening to body and mind, developing curiosity and recognising needs and values helps you be with the full range of human experience. Responding kindly and skilfully to ourselves and others enhances wellbeing, resilience, communication, and effectiveness. She enjoys sharing practices that have transformed her life and seeing the benefits to others. A highlight of her work is teaching with her wonderful colleague Dr Shani Langdon. She is registered with BAMBA, the UK regulatory body. Dr Shani Langdon is a clinical psychologist specialising in mindfulness-based approaches. As well as offering individual therapy, She feels lucky to teach mindfulness with her wonderful friend and colleague, Elinor Brown.
