De-stress: Hatha Yoga with Uzair

All levels - Matt or soft floor - Calm setting - Sports clothing - Camera & mic on Step away from your busy day and de-stress your mind, body and soul. The class will primarily include Hatha Yoga, integrated with some other forms for a holistic, restorative experience. Pranayamas (Breathwork) and Meditation are usually an important aspect of the class. Relevant insights/knowledge are integrated into the class. Uzair is passionate about personal transformation and tapping into the vast potential that lies within us all. He coaches sessions and workshops on meditation, mindfulness, breath work and Yoga. Uzair is an RYT 200 Yoga instructor (certified by World Yoga Alliance). He has trained internationally in Europe, South Asia and the Middle East. Uzair has an extensive background in theatre as well and performs with a collective of like-minded artists from time to time. He is originally from Pakistan, a land with a rich tradition of Sufi mysticism and spirituality. Members can expect to start to experience the union of body, mind and spirit through the practice of Yoga. Ideal for complete beginners or more advanced practitioners who want to deepen their experience. Members can expect to gain greater awareness of themselves, enhance their flexibility in both body and mind, and experience deep relaxation. Better concentration, clarity and well-being are by-products of a regular practice.
