A Stronger You: HIIT with Michelle
Wednesdays (Child friendly for 14yrs+ with parental supervision)

All Levels, Camera on, mic off, all participants to ensure they have sufficient space around them, a mat or soft surface for groundwork, keep hydrated. Please note that Michelle always trains barefoot, but members are welcome to wear socks/trainers if they prefer. These fun, functional and extremely encouraging sessions will personally challenge you at your level. Each class will have a different focus to define a healthier more confident you in mind, body, and soul. Health and happiness are as much about feeling good on the inside as getting results on the outside. We’ll not only have fun whilst training but improve muscle tone, cardio endurance, and flexibility. Michelle Burrows is a mindset coach, body confidence specialist, and eternal optimist! A qualified PT, she specializes in restoring the posture, core, and pelvic floor and introducing absolute beginners to the world of kickboxing. Her focus is on empowering women to uncover their inner strength and live their fullest life.
